What is the legal age to purchase Botany Farms Products?
You must be 21 years or older.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to all states!
Please note, there are some restricted products for specific states.
We do not ship Delta 8 THC products to Alaska, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Utah, and Vermont.
We do not ship THCa products to Oregon, Arkansas, Idaho, Rhode Island, Minnesota.
Do you ship orders outside of the United States?
We cannot ship outside of the United States at this time.
Is your packaging discreet?
Yes! All of our packaging is shipped in unmarked brown boxes.
Can I cancel my order?
Due to our quick processing and turn around times, and in accordance with our 3PL partnerships, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed.
In the event an order is still in the queue and we've reached your email within our 24-48 response timeframe, a cancellation can be processed.
Please note, there are no guarantees a cancellation can be made.
Changing shipping address
Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.
Please note, if a package is sent back to our warehouse due to an incorrect or insufficient address, Botany Farms is not liable for its return as there is no guarantee it will make it back. If we receive the package, a $10 flat rate shipping fee will be implemented for all re-shipments.
When will my order ship?
We try our best to ship all orders within 1-3 business days. Certain factors can affect this timeframe like sales or orders placed on a weekend day.
Please note, our processing timeframe is not included in the shipping timeframe.
Shipment tracking
You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail or by logging in to your Botany Farms account. Please check your spam folder if you have not yet received a tracking number.
If the carrier’s tracking link for your order is not showing activity or movement for more than 7 business days, please contact Customer Service to investigate.
Can I expedite my shipping?
We process all orders in the order in which they are received. Please keep in mind that the shipping option elected at checkout only pertains to the speed in which the courier will use.
If you would like a faster shipping option, please opt for faster shipping at checkout.
All orders take 1-3 business days for processing. Orders placed on the weekend will begin to ship the following Monday morning.
Damaged Products
As we try our best to provide exceptional service, some factors like shipping and handling are outside of our control, and issues like this can happen. If you have received a broken item, please send us a photo of the broken/damaged item(s) along with the packing slip you received and we'll do our best to resolve the issue.
Please note, all product concerns need to be reported within 7 days of delivery to be considered for replacement.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Lost or Stolen:
We know carrier issues and delays can happen. We find that some carriers may scan a package as “Delivered” when it is still out for delivery and will sometimes physically deliver the parcel within the next four business days.
Please note, Botany Farms is not liable for missing packages marked delivered. If you believe this was mis-delivered, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I return or exchange an item?
Currently, we do not offer Returns or Exchanges on all orders.
All sales are final.
Due to our strict quality and safety protocols, once an order leaves our warehouse we cannot resell any of those products to future customers.
If there is a specific issue with the product you have received, all product concerns need to be reported within 7 days of delivery to be considered for replacement.

What are the differences between Delta 8, Delta 9, and Delta 10 THC?
Delta-9 THC, Delta-8 THC, and Delta-10 THC are all different forms of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), which is the primary psychoactive compound found in cannabis. The main difference lies in their chemical structures and potency.
- Delta-9 THC is the most well-known and abundant form of THC found in cannabis. It is responsible for the psychoactive effects commonly associated with a high.
- Delta-8 THC is known to have psychoactive effects, although they are generally considered to be milder and less potent than those of Delta-9 THC. Some users report experiencing a more clear-headed and less anxious high with Delta-9 THC.
- Delta-10 THC is a relatively new and less well-known form of THC. It is considered to have a potency similar to Delta-8 THC and is best used during the day as users have reported a clear headed and energetic effect.
Will I get high?
Our CBD products are non psychoactive. However, if you purchase any of our THC or HHC products, you will experience a psychoactive effect or head/body high.
Will I fail a drug test?
We strongly recommend against using our products if you are subject to a drug test.
Is it addictive?
Our cannabis flower is not addictive. However, many people incorporate it into their daily routine after experiencing all the positives of this wonderful plant.
Are Botany Farms products natural? What is your ‘no’ list?
We never use pesticides or fungicides on any of our flowers. All of our flowers are grown in organic living soil.
Our gummies are never formulated with high fructose corn syrup, artificial sweeteners, sugar alcohols, synthetic colors, gelatin, gluten, or GMO’s. We are very mindful of sugar content and we never formulate our gummies with more than 3 grams of sugar per gummy.
Where does Botany Farms manufacture its products?
All of our flower is grown and processed in the United States. Additionally, our products are always produced to the highest standards.
Our gummies are manufactured in a facility that is undergoing its GMP certification. GMP stands for “Good Manufacturing Practices,” so you can rest assured that our facilities adhere to the FDA’s strictest requirements for supplement manufacturing.
Are Botany Farms products made in an allergen-free facility?
Our gummies are produced in facilities that also processes nuts and coconut.
Are Botany Farms products vegan?
Yes, our products are all vegan.
Are Botany Farms products kosher certified?
While we haven't yet taken our gummies through the Kosher certification process, we don't use ingredients that violate Kosher status. We also never use gelatin.
Are Botany Farms products organic?
While we are not certified organic yet, we are in the process of obtaining our stamp approval. Rest assured, that we use organic practices & ingredients every step of the way.
Are Botany Farms products non-GMO?
Yes, all of our products are non-GMO.
Do your products contain gelatin?
Nope! All of our products are 100% vegan.
How often can I take Botany Farms products?
You can use our products daily and as often as needed.
Do I need to take Botany Farms products with food?
You do not need to take Botany Farms products with food.
Can I take Botany Farms products if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?

Can I take Botany Farms products with other supplements, or drugs/medications?
Please consult your physician if you are taking any medication, are pregnant or nursing.
What is the shelf life of Botany Farms products?
Once a product is opened, we recommend consuming the product within 3 months.
If the product is unopened, we recommend consuming the product within 12 months.
How should I store my products?
It's best to store your products at room temperature and away from direct sunlight.
Can I give Botany Farms products to my children?
No, Botany Farms products are intended for adult-use only.

All of our products are tested by 3rd party accredited labs within the United States.
Does Botany Farms test on animals?
We never test on animals.
