Undecided on the CBD gummies. Wanted something a little less intense than Delta 8, mostly for relaxation and sleep. I've tried a half and a whole gummie, but don't really feel any overall effect. I end up taking a 1/4 D8 just to get any effect. I'll finish out the bag, but not too hopeful.
