I have to watch caffeine intake, so I take a quarter of one Create gummy and sometimes, pair it with a half gummy of Botany Farm's Delta-9 THC. Those dosages work for me; especially as a great mid-afternoon/evening pick me up while enjoying a non-anxious vibe. The taste of Create is unique. It is somewhat sour, but I can drink spirulina straight, so no worries.

I had a couple of them but I will have to take it with a flavor like fruit punch or something to over power the flavor strong bitter taste of the gummies. I think if you changed the taste do not use tangerine or citric flavors. I think it's the caffeine that's doing it because I tried the an other product with caffeine. And it wasn't that great. But when they change the flavor it was a better product. I like the ingredients If the taste was appealing I really gave it a five.
