Customers say orders arrive quickly and in excellent condition with careful packaging. Many appreciate the affordable shipping protection option, noting it provides valuable peace of mind for around $3. Several customers report that protection helped them receive replacements when packages were lost or damaged. Some find the optional add-on worthwhile insurance, though a few feel it shouldn't be a separate charge. Overall, users consistently praise reliable delivery and intact arrivals.
